Annual Valentine’s Day Dance for the Arkansas School for the Deaf

When:

Monday, February 13, 2017

Dance Starts at 5:00 p.m.

 

Where:

Arkansas School for the Deaf

Tornado Shelter

2400 West Markham | Little Rock, AR 72205

 

Time Slots:

Dance will be broken into three time slots by age:

  • 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm (elementary school students)
  • 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm (middle school students)
  • 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm (high school students)

Volunteers:

Volunteers will be responsible for interacting with the students, working at the Hershey Kiss rings table and serving food during each time slot. There will be two volunteer shifts:

  • Set Up Shift | 4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Clean Up Shift | 7:00 p.m. – 9: 30 p.m.

 

Goodie Bag Donations:

Donations will be accepted until February 6th

  • Donation Item Examples for Elementary & Middle School Students:
    • Pencils, erasers, bubbles, candy, snacks, temporary tattoos, note pads, puzzles
    • At least 50 of each item
  • Donation Item Examples for High School Students:
    • Snacks and Treats only
    • At least 40 of each item
